Founded on the belief that meaningful professional growth does not require decades or massive upfront investment, we focus on helping individuals build solid, rewarding careers in real estate—careers that create opportunity not only for themselves, but for the clients and communities they serve.

Our mission is clear: to guide individuals toward meaningful, sustainable careers in real estate through education grounded in mentorship. We seek to understand each student’s goals and circumstances, providing practical training and guidance that not only leads to licensure, but lays the foundation for long-term professional growth and service to others.


Mentors Real Estate Academy was founded by Milton Figueroa and Vionette Pietri, two attorneys whose professional paths led them to discover the transformative potential of real estate. Through their legal work and firsthand experience in the industry, they recognized the unique opportunities real estate provides—both for professionals building meaningful careers and for consumers pursuing homeownership. 


Having lived the business themselves, Milton as a Florida Real Estate Broker and Vionette as an International Real Estate Broker, they bring practical insight into what it truly takes to succeed. Their shared vision is rooted in education guided by experience, designed to prepare professionals who serve the market with knowledge, integrity, and confidence.

Vionette

Vionette Pietri, co-founder of Mentors Real Estate Academy, is a Florida-licensed real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in the industry. She is currently affiliated with HomeTrust Realty Group.

She has been recognized as a multi–million-dollar producer and is widely known in the media as a real estate influencer.

In addition to her real estate career, Vionette is a Puerto Rican attorney, entrepreneur, international columnist and speaker, and the author of five published books. Her professional achievements have earned recognition from the United States Congress.

Vionette is a frequent presenter at seminars for first-time homebuyers and is the creator of several educational resources, including the Florida Relocation Guide and the First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Kit, among others.

Her personal story of perseverance and professional growth is featured in CNN Latino’s book Latinos in America.

She is also the CEO and Master Broker of Vionette Pietri International Realty, headquartered in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, where she works extensively in the real estate markets of the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

Milton

Milton Figueroa, co-founder of Mentors Real Estate Academy, is an attorney admitted to practice law in both Florida and Puerto Rico since 1998. Born in Puerto Rico, he began his professional career as a tax attorney before developing a deep interest in real estate at the intersection of law, finance, and practical problem-solving.

During the foreclosure crisis, Milton helped countless homeowners protect and retain their properties, gaining firsthand insight into both the legal and human dimensions of real estate. That experience led him to pursue a career in real estate sales, becoming licensed in 2014 and earning his broker’s license in 2016.

He has been recognized as a multi–million-dollar producer every year since entering the industry and spent over four years as a Broker Associate with Empire Network Realty. In 2025, Milton founded FigLoft, where he serves as Principal Broker, emphasizing professionalism, strategic representation, and long-term career development.

In 2025, he also became a licensed real estate instructor, bringing his legal background and real-world experience into the educational space to prepare professionals for success in the real estate industry.
